2. Meet with Town Counsel Michael Ford in Executive Session
a. To discuss strategy with respect to litigation
b. To consider the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property
Motion: Move to go into Executive Session to discuss strategy with respect to litigation, and to consider the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property, and that the Chair declare that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the litigating and/or negotiating position of the body, and to reconvene in Open Session.

3. Meet with Town Counsel Michael Ford in Open Session
a. Vote to refer Aspinet Road layout matter to Planning Board for consideration and report
b. Further discussion on proposed 5-year license agreement with Aspinet Road abutters
c. Nauset Beach Camp License Agreement – request for changes (C. Whiting Rice)
d. Review any response from Eastham on Nauset Spit and next steps
4. Meet with Natural Resources Manager Dawson Farber
a. Update on 2014 Beach Season Planning
5. Any Other Items for Future Agendas
6. Adjourn
Note: In accordance with the Town Charter, the Board of Selectmen shall act as Park Commissioners, and in this capacity may from time to time consider matters not specifically referenced as such on the regular agenda.
